Black screen problem

Almost all cams just show a black screen. I have to close and reopen the app 3-10 times for it to work. Once I change cams it breaks again. I have reinstalled the app and also rebooted my phone. Very annoying. 2 bucks wasted. I have an iPhone 4S by the way.
